iPower at the Royal Hospital Chelsea

One of the world’s largest Asset Management groups; Franklin Templeton One entertained guests in the refined surroundings of the State Apartments at the Royal Hospital Chelsea recently. The elegant Corinthian Lamp was chosen from the iPower Cordless Lighting collection with an ivory parchment shade to enhance the wonderful surroundings which were originally designed by Sir Christopher Wren. The room is stunning with oak panelling and a fine collection of pre Raphaelite paintings. Wonderful food and wine was provided by Mustard Catering who used dinner plates that were a special commission copy of a dinner service once used at Windsor Castle by HM Queen Victoria, which were befitting for the occasion.
Royal Hospital Chelsea is home to the Chelsea pensioners who served their country in the first and second world war. It is currently undergoing a major renovation to bring it in line with the modern era and will provide a home for our current front-line soldiers when they retire, if they so wish.
